Elne is a very traditional authentic French town, the oldest in the region. Known as the village d’arts with plenty of art galleries and places of interest to visit. With a thrice weekly market in the main street, this lively village has lots to offer.

In the centre of Elne

Spacious two bedroomed apartment with a private south facing roof terrace and stunning views. The apartment is spacious and bright and very conveniently located in the centre of Elne village. 10 minute drive to the coast and golf course and 10 minute drive to the city of Perpignan, it is also accessible by train( train station is a 5 minute walk away)

Changeover day

Changeover day is usually Sunday but midweek may be possible.

Bedroom 1 with double bed

Bedroom 2 with double bed and 1 single

Bathroom: Shower plus bath, separate WC

Open living and dining area with dining table/6 chairs and sofa bed

Kitchen : Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge, hob.

Roof terrace on the 3^rd floor with South facing views of the town and the mountains

Bed linen and towels included

Cleaning after stay is an additional €30

Coast / Beach

The sandy beach of St Cyprien is 14kms from Elne. Also within a 15 min drive are the beaches of Argeles and Canet. Collioure is a 20 minute drive ( 5 minutes by train)

Golf
The golf course of St Cyprien is a 10 minute drive from Elne

Skiing
The ski slopes of Font Romeu are an hour and a half drive away
